The fat loss plan is a chef’s choice plan created by the nutrition team and chef. We do, however, accommodate requests to remove certain items. (i.e. if you dislike fish, or broccoli, these requests can be honored)

We do! Our pickup location is located in Sherman Oaks at 14120 Ventura Blvd. Pickup hours are from 6-9pm Sundays!

We do not (yet) ship our meals outside of Southern California, however we are working on it in the long term! We do, however, serve most of LA County and parts of Orange and Riverside Counties.

No. Our meals are prepared and delivered fresh! Many customers choose to freeze their meals after 3-4 days to keep them fresh for longer. This is completely up to you!
